SIMBA Telecom discussion thread

[Jurong640]

simba confusing people say the 5th anniversary sale is happening at all Simba service centre from 11 to 3pm and 4pm to 8pm.

But the top $60 free $60 promo only valid one hour at 3pm to 4pm.

Are they learning from circles.life?

[ecommercenoob]

Confusing.

[stillgottheblues]

1 hour only? They want people to waste time queuing?

[stillgottheblues]

So who's right and who's wrong? Communication went haywire?

I spoke with a few service centre staff before, most don't stick to this 3 to 4 timing.

Later make all the way down and says cannot top up

[JAYSCS]

I hate this type of fixed location fixed hour promo. Giving it a pass. Wake up, Simba.

Digress: For the sake of 1-for-1 offer, still worth a trip down.

[Habrosus]

isnt the bonus amount is credited automatically by system? Not by the shop.

Bonus from Simba system

not just uncle, everyone is confused.

[Habrosus]

This should be clearer...

So 1 for 1 only between 3 to 4pm.

Min $60 for recharge ah?

Every $60 recharge.

That'd mean minimum $60, in multiples of $60. So either $60 or $120 or...I don't know what's their maximum allowed.

Cham, not yet merged already pattern more than badminton as well.

Sad if they follow eight’s pattern.

[dilphinus]

Quite a long queue at Clementi

[dilphinus]

not just uncle, everyone is confused.

Actually I don't know what's there to be confused.

Happy hours means there can be any offers during the time period.

They already said 1 for 1 is from 3pm to 4pm.

To be fair to all those uncles aunties who got there earlier, that wasn't specified in their initial posts, no?

For today is 3 to 4pm.

So the shuttlecock will shift position tomorrow, me guess.

Maybe 2 to 3 then finally 1 to 2? Or 2 to 4 then 1 to 4?
