I do get SIMBA VoWiFi working/enabled on my Huawei Mate X6.Not that important for most users who are using newer 5G or even 4G phones with VoLTE/VoWiFi function supported by Eight.
SIMBA is the only one among the main SIM Only plans I tried (Singtel SIM Only, Maxx, Eight, CUniq, SIMBA) which does not support VoWiFi for my Poco X7 Pro.
Since Apple App Store still has "My SIMBA Voice" app, then the app is still supported by SIMBA.
That being said, I no longer allow sideloading of 3rd party apps on my main Android phone ( with important apps like SingPass and local banking apps), including Huawei Health and some Chinese Entertainment apps. Now I only use my secondary Android phone to sideload Huawei Health app. I also use two China Huawei tablets to install Chinese Entertainment apps.
Last year my OCBC banking app would not load after detecting the presence of some Chinese Entertainment apps.
The best case is to use android for general use and iPhone for important apps.Do you install banking app and SingPass in one phone with one mobile line and install rest of apps in another phone with another mobile line ?
think it is smart move given rising scam and sophisticated hacking on android phone with just one wrong click, monies will be wiped out

Only having Android phone. Need to be cautious and rely on security update. Will change phone when phone is EOL for updates. The best case is to use android for general use and iPhone for important apps.

Should give the marketing person a raise
baby bonus style. We are expecting Simba to announce a 2nd round of 1-for-1 promo with more convenient avenues and no-hour-restriction to right its previous wrong. They don't bother, instead come out with the nonsense "Thank You" clip.
What thank you, no thanks.

And those (many more) who did not get the promo have move on, ported to Eight, not looking back. Don't bother to comment.and people did not bother to comment on the tiktok video liao. They have enough! (more than enough credits)
I really wonder how many customers Simba lost to Eight after their circus performance followed by Eight's 88+88.And those (many more) who did not get the promo have move on, ported to Eight, not looking back. Don't bother to comment.![]()
1 candidate here.I really wonder how many customers Simba lost to Eight after their circus performance followed by Eight's 88+88.
People are like fed up after queueing or not getting to queue, yet didn't get their 60-60. And when 88+88 came along, they just jumped ship. For the elderly group, that's nearly 3 years of not having to bother about phone bills. After their $600 payout, 88 becomes kacang putih too.1 candidate here.![]()

I prefer not to use apps for important stuff, though I'd admit gov & banks are trying very hard to make it difficult to do so.The best case is to use android for general use and iPhone for important apps.
Indeed, but if Simba is losing too much ground, it will try to capture back the market, it is a merry go round, just like what Eight and other telcos are doing. So eventually, the congestion issue is like passing baton, today u r congested, tomorrow will be my turn, so on and so forth. Never ending story.it’s not a bad thing for those who stay, if many people are leaving simba. ease the network congestion a little.
