Yah got new app. No information about a new app was shared with us by SIMBA.

Every month you should receive an email from SIMBA when they charge you the monthly fee.

No news of new app. - I'm on Android. I do get monthly email updating me of my subscription.

SIMBA is doing some upgrades but I don't know what. Besides affecting login into app & sites, it also affects exchanging 5G SIM.

So as long as unable to login into app then better don't go waste time exchanging 5G SIM.

I’m using the new app on my iPhone.

I’m using the new app on my iPhone.

No new app available for Android.
But it isn't only the app is having login issues - due to no OTP. When I login into its sites, info of my account is missing eg how data/mins I've used, balance of Wallet, SIM info etc

as u said, probably system maintenance of such. But they should at least inform the user of the disruptions. Can still use sms to check right?

SMS is good, no discrepancies of data

What I don't understand is why SIMBA never update users on the issue of unable to login to the app and the "release of the new app"

The silence is unacceptable

Using new app on Android phone, can receive OTP and log in successfully.

Tried two separate numbers under two different email (Gmail and Hotmail) , both can receive

Did you try the my agents I see there are 2 apps inside. One is horoscope.. Haha. Quite lame.. Think they trying to do what circles is doing. At least circles app, inside can use chatgpt, I think it's paid version.

Jialat lah these people. They canceled friend's data-only line without notice yet there's over 8 months credit inside.

That's why I feel they're also unstable already. Time for me to stop topping up wallets.

After I got in, the app took some time to populate my account info...it is still not fully stable yet.

At least u got your account info displayed. Mine just keep saying Request timed out whole day till now. Anyway had enough of simba. The data signals is terrible too. Will port out 1 of my simba to 8 tomorrow to try out. If signal is good will port the rest.

Recently i got a gomo sim card for my wifi router. Works ok.... Signal strength better than simba a lot. Use gomo sim for my home wifi router to android tv.

My account info not populated yet...hangs when trying to get populated.
