Without GPU

Without GPU if it is a 5600k processor then no. Even if its the newest 6800k also no. But is able to get a decent graphics if the ram you have is a good one and able to oc.

But of cause if you add a GPU running crossfire it will surpass the specs above.

Well, if you're getting anything 22" or above it should be 1080p. Below that it should be 1680x1050 or the 16:9 equivalent.

If you're looking to get a properly decent monitor the Dell 2312HM is selling for $255.

The only changes are the CPU and graphics card. This will sail through any 25-man raid in Pandaria at max settings + max AA at 1080p (and most other games too). WoW's been upping the graphics requirements significantly every expansion, so this should be adequate in case that happens again. Basically this setup will give you years of high-settings gaming.
The Haswell upgrade (i5 4430) will require $23 top-up. I don't see the need for it TBH.

Why need both HDD and SSD?

An SSD + HDD combo allows you both the fast startup and reading speeds of the SSD and the storage space of the HDD. SSDs aren't as durable as HDDs if used for a lot of data writing so the HDD also helps relieve that load.

If you don't need fast startup/load times, just ditch the SSD; if you don't need the space, take out the HDD.

There's no need for a sound card; the mobo's sound output should be more than tolerable till you get your DAC. Bad mobo audio is a thing of the past.

SATA DVD drives should be available for $25 new.

You can buy case fans at the shops too. Usually the cases would be bundled with a pre-installed fan or two.

And yes, you can get everything you need for your computer at shops like PC Themes, TradePac, Cybermind etc.

The main advantage of an SSD performance-wise is the massive cut-down in loading times. There's no benefit to graphics, so if you're not fussy about trying to shorten long load times in your games or PC startup times, you'll be fine without an SSD.

Don't really quite understand what you are talking. Do you actually have a budget range rather than jus stating you want the cheapest?
