managed to add live fresh visa into simplygo earlier.

is there a max limit to number of bus/mrt taps?

Just sharing, this simply go using credit/debit card thing can only work for transportation for SBS/SMRT bus and MRT.

When I tried to ApplePay my way through the bus to JB from Queen St, it was rejected and I had to pay cash :s22: Lucky they didn't make me re-queue.

So this is not a total replacement for ez-Link cards..

Sms “Tap <last 4 digits of ur card”> to 74722. U must ensure that u sms from ur registered mobile number with HSBC.

Right. That’s because it was a Causeway Link bus. If you had boarded one of the Singapore-operated buses you should have been OK, but it wouldn’t have run express on the Singapore side.

I think the Sentosa shuttle bus from Harbourfront and Vivo City is another one that probably doesn’t accept SimplyGo yet, but Sentosa’s operator might have completely eliminated the fare recently on that shuttle route. The monorail should be OK to SimplyGo.

I believe there are now four public bus franchise operators in Singapore (since the LTA wanted more than two), and all four should be SimplyGo compatible.
