Submitted 2 claims but 1 was rejected. Combined trip is only $1.55 but because of missing entry it's spilt into 2 trip 1.28(claim approved) + 0.83(2nd trip claim rejected)

It is usually this case where the 2nd trip can't be claim?

they will usually reject 1 claim but total amount refunded should be correct

Did you wait for the charges to be confirmed before claiming?

I discovered the charges for Tues in SimplyGo did not tally with my card txn history.

SimplyGo showed $3+, but I was charged $5+.

SimplyGo did not show any error (missing entry, exit or surcharge).
Txn is charged but not posted yet.

Looks like got to claim again lol.

Check again after a few days. SimplyGo will likely adjust to $5 later.

u need to add the dash transit card number, which is another set of VISA card number different from the normal VISA card u see on the main screen. under commute button.
