i was using the bank card before the SimplyGo was launched.
The tap-in/out was smoother then, maybe lesser user that time.
There was very few occasion where there's card error on the mrt/bus.
Now, it happened once every 1 or 2 weeks.

Just checked my transaction and i have missing entry & exit & overstay in mrt station. But I can only claim 2 of the transaction as the other one is in late Jun.

Conclusion, I am reverting to my EZlink card...bye bye SimplyGo. It takes me lesser effort to top up once a month and see the amount every time i tap the card. And i do not have to worry about the 'tsk' sound from people whenever I encounter error during peak hour.

Always giving error.

Remember ppl saying that there is a contactless txn limit for Mastercard, and it does not apply to VISA.

Have to change to a new Mastercard.

If you do not receive it by tomorrow, please give us a call at 1800 363 3333.

As for using your card for payment, are you able to tap the card physically with no issues?
