i have a claim made for samsung pay VISA. the transitlink CSO told me that my claim on their system indicated that its in cash refund. that's means i must collect from them from their transitlink offices. shouldn't refund be credit to ur credit card instead of cash? dafaq?


anyone has this issue before?

ok. collected from one of the Transitlink office. they will either "top-up" your ez-link card or issue cash. i chose the former as i typically keep a spare card in case of my phone NFC or whatever isn't working.

Any one faced this issue since 3rd Feb? I managed to tap in simply go with Google pay using livefresh card. But when I tried to exit by tapping out. It suddenly says invalid card and it has been the same since then. The weird thing is that I tried all other cards in Google pay and the same invalid card is displayed. I saw a history of the taps using my livefresh in Google pay history,seems like this didn't go through, no money was deducted. I tried to remove card but it doesn't let me.
End up I use my Samsung pay instead for now.

No such issues for me. I'm using Google Pay with the live fresh card.

Try removing the card and re-add them to Google Pay.

What's wrong with SimplyGo website? When I tried to submit a claim, there is no way I can fill in my contact number to complete the form.

When I submit. 1st page is auto filled with name. Contact no. Email address.

We only need to complete the next 2 pages namely claim details and mode of refund to file the claim

If u need to change the personal info. On 1st page, U can click the human shape icon on top next to submit claim
