No. VoNR support only on M1 I think. But device specific yes.

Starhub is also supporting VoNR.

What is Ultra-clear HD voice?
Ultra-clear HD voice is Voice over 5G (VoNR) service which enables voice calls over our free 5G SA market trial network. You can bring multi-tasking and productivity to a whole new level! Enjoy ultra-fast 5G speeds when streaming, gaming or surfing, and still enjoy crystal clear mobile conversations with loved ones simultaneously.

Singtel does not seem to support VoNR yet even though the infrastrure should be ready as per Ericsson.
https://www.ericsson.com/en/cases/2022/singtel-and-ericsson
Ericsson solutions deployed in Singtel’s 5G SA include:

Ericsson’s dual-mode 5G Core:
Container-based, cloud-native EPC and 5GC platform including packet core, unified and data management, policy, signaling controller and exposure network functions.
...
Ericsson Cloud IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS):
Supporting voice services, initially with EPS fallback and later voiceover NR (VoNR).

I am on M1's 5G network using a S22 Ultra and VoNR appears to be enabled even though the task bar shows VoLTE. I am able to make and receive calls on 5G network without it switching to 4G.
One problem i am seeing is that when i receive a call on while on the 5G network it takes at least 15 seconds for it to connect (time after which the number is dialed and hearing the ring tone). Anyone else have this problem?
No such issues on 4G.

Been using 5G NSA for ~1 year on Starhub with my Samsung A52 5G (which is on their "supported devices" list). Always assumed it wasn't certified for SA yet. Since about 2-3 weeks all 5G service seems to have disappeared. Phone will only connect to 4G. Starhub support is useless as always, anybody any idea what might be going on (have they switched off NSA?) Or suggestion on how to fix this?

A firmware update might have broke 5G. StarHub is still running NSA so I think Samsung broke it

You are probably right, happened just after an update. How is starhub ever going to keep up with all the firmware versions for all the phones on their network?

Worked perfectly fine for 3 weeks straight in Thailand, on a freaking prepaid SIM. I think our telcos are a mess...
main 5g vendor-supplier in Thailand is Huawei with around 60% market share, followed by Ericsson

micro managing supported phone models (or worst, the firmware on them) in order for 5g to work on a certain network is just a sure-fire recipe for screw ups

with huawei's 5g modems in phones almost non existent thus negligible today, all 5g radios are either from qualcomm or mediatek, though there are different models / generations within each brand, the difference between are definitely minor, how difficult can it be for telcos to provide support to just 2 brands?

Not all 5G is the same. 3GPP has many different versions of 5G, and each modem generation supports a different release. For example, the Qualcomm X55 support Release 15, but the X60 supports Release 16. Vendors and telcos need to choose what to support, which automatically causes issues for older modems.

I do not see any VoNR and only VoLTE for my Realme X50 5G on Singtel SIM Only Plus plan (three months free 5G access). Anyway, I think my phone does not support VoNR anyway.
Becuase Singtel has no VoNR. Only Starhub and M1
