So they tend to retain their supportive and commited nature.

The ones left are mostly only here for a good time (generalization) but not a long time. Can bang but cannot keep.

When I used to date SG girls, I held 2 jobs but good monthly cashflow, However, they everyday complain because I work 9am to 9pm and weekends I chiong meetings.

You got ever hear of gf trying to emotional blackmail you into pang sehing client/partner meetings to eat last minute dinner with them? Wtf.

I quit my corporate job, took a 60% paycut and full control of my time, they also complain say why now lifestyle/spending different. Cannot go date night every week, really cannot please them all.

a 4/10 girl can easily hook up with a 9/10 guy through the apps, thus raising her expectations to a minimum 9/10 guy

Many are only there if you are doing well. They expect the made man in his early 30s, which is impossible unless born rich

If you aren't, they will distance themselves from you

Still don't have the freedom yet as I am living with overbearing parents but quietly fighting for it

Sad truth I realize is that being the obedient son gets you more sai and how selfish the boomers are in general

One of their concern is because they think getting China gf/wife is a bit low ses and they no face compared to their relatives
