he in the rs and after he got hse and kid, he got no say in anything
then divorce, then pay kid 赡养费 , child got many problem
then got into new rs, then have another child
now he have to maintain own child and his former child

then he say he very angry

is he in r/s after divorce or proceed to divorce ?
i assume divorce ..so the kid is under his ex wife custody and child got many problem

and why he go into another new r/s since he still pay kid 赡养费 ? 屁股 or kkb 痒 ?

Some of us are trying. The first step is to see the truth. Know thyself.

Personally, I tell myself my feelings are meaningless. Fear and anxiety meaningless and useless. We can simply plan using logic. No need emotions. Try that.

It all starts with such healthy habits. Unhealthy habits include responding to your emotions and then lying to yourself aka self motivation.
