In my view, u can live life the way u want it. As long as u are contented, thats a life worth living.

I answered this before to other groups... when people say a life worth living, it sounds like, by default it is not worth living. Kinda scary leh. So it means we are hardwired to feel insecure and anxious regardless of situation. Sounds like a broken/flawed machine leh. That's why I always say... Emotions are obsolete.

But almost everyone is programmed from young to live a life needing validation and to meet expectations of ppl.

Theres a difference between validation from people u respect, from people u wish to prove a point, or from some random people u dont know..

The last one is practically useless.

Job expectations is LL, personal expectations can be underwhelming, some people's expectations can be ignored. Depends on how much u care.
