sounds like your work schedule quite intense. is it due to shift work like air crew, long hours like blue collar or unearthly hours like trader?

I work normal hours, but after work I will go exercise and have dinner at 8.30-9.00 pm 4x a week.

Been going to club activities though, able to socialise/interact with other ppl there

contrary to popular beliefs, charity actually pay pretty decent, just that alot of saikang to do.

depends on which charities. those small ones usually pay is v bad
