Told them now got 4 fraud charges. They say will reverse the charges. But end up oni reverse 2. Have to make me diao them again.
Asked them how did fresh fraud charges go thru when they alr deactivated the card they just ignore my qn.

Ask them to get their manager on the line

This will make them panic
