I used to play football and saw some terrible injuries. A friend and cousin broke their leg. Another one broke his arm. Then three friends suffered torn acl. For myself, dislocated finger and hairline crack metataesal. All for a weekend leisure kickabout

yea respect for ppl pushing through their limits, theres bound to be injury, i am quite awed by how the muay thai one fc fights go, they just go full force bone to bone clash, their body is really strong lol
dislocated finger seem hard to heal, i also have one dislocation, doesnt feel really back to 100%
hard for the ligament to heal since bloodflow is little for that

yea trainers will always want to push, but chiu gotta know your body limit. at the end injured is chiurself, life still goes on, still need to work to earn money etc , but in competitions really no choice, for the win and for glory
