If it's 5 room 630 is considered "cheap". Not so if it's 4 or 3rm.
But to me even 630 for 5 room flat is to exp. Scary prices

Yup. Crazy prices in many locations Liao. But spend 650 for 3 rm in such locations can actually get a 5 rm in certain places.

well i'm just stating the pricing i saw around my estate and last time, and also trend that pricing is higher now already.

I never say every 5rm is that price. I do know some places that's less than ideal but priced more reasonably.

Low 600 still can buy those 20 year old ones for 5 rm in some parts of SG

And it's the point about low 600 can buy 5 room why people pay inflated prices for those just mop or around 10 year old ones. Sounds like it's front loaded losses like a new car

I of course know areas like TPY East are cheaper, But I'm just sharing what I know that TPY West pricing are out of the world.

And I'm not generalizing that ALL 5-rm are so ex what.

Yes there's alot of interest in my area, so don't know 3-4 years down the road will I be able to sell at such current pricing or not.

Probably not lor. Cuz my new flat is only ready at 2029/30.

And for dover, it's hotter now that the forest is gonna be cleared for housing, the area will be better facilitated there lor.
