Thats what my gut feeling since yesterday 1115pm to 1130pm when SingLife could not be logon. After that I successfully logon, I proceed to to do full withdrawal until now money still not in but app deducted already.

Are our funds really safe?

u r really paranoid. i deposit into singlife on saturday and it was almost immediately reflected. SDIC insures ur account up to $500k. sigh...

Try to take screenshot of the receipt once u withdraw or top up.

Where do you get the figure $500k? Isn't it $100k? Even with $100k SDIC insured, I have been searching high and low in their website to see where is this clause but could not find it.

Same, actually if using bank accounts like UOB One Account with Credit Card, I think should actually max out the $75k first before going into SingLife alternatives. I have been awake for 27 hours straight already haha couldn't sleep when the monies are stuck and no progressive updates on websites and channels.

We are all paranoid people all see got problem now go mass withdrawal. This problem started yesterday at 1115pm, many should be affected. Still waiting for my withdrawal to go through.
