Because SingLife is not listed in SGX, they don't need to face any shareholders questioning of their doings, interest decrease is a soon thing because of many new sign ups taping onto this 2% interest.

As from my previous post, take for example, crypto.com (CRO) VISA Card, upon reaching so many subscribers, they slashed their interest rates with no proper communication and mobile application is unstable. This event happened just 2 weeks ago and their CRO token dropped 35% in value. See their CRO token dropping like rain drops, they have no choice but to reinstate higher interest rates to stop people from mass withdrawing / selling off.

You see if SingLife is operated by shares or crypto token, this incident will definitely cause their share / crypto token price to drop. People want updates and proper communication.

I'm still awake for 27 hours and waiting for my withdrawal to be in my bank since 1130pm last night.

You are really damn paranoid and full of bs

If you are using singlife account as a form of contingency or emergency purpose, then don’t put there!

Not for contingency or emergency purpose. The way they handling things are very bad, just as I want to withdraw all funds in it because the way they are handling things, this incident happened. Now as we speak, SingLife support said they have resolved everyone issue and funds are all back. My funds are not even back. I dont know if $90k means very little to you but it is a significant amount to me.

Ya.. thanks for your PSA here.

I mean if is interest different still nvm (they never did state is fixed)

But is another issue if the money can disappear lol

It didn't actually disappear. So long the log of you transferring out show up you are safe. Just that need to screenshot that to show them and get them to patch back. Need to give them time to do it.

As I mention. If it's emergency fund then better transfer earlier. Not last minute. In case of such hiccup shows up

I think they saved a lot in interest for 1 day.

If it's the depositing bank having delay in transferring the $ to them, then it's not their fault. Previously I experienced transferring in hiccup is due to DBS side system issue and delay in transferring

I understand how you feel. U click the transaction box. Did u see the receipt number?

If the receipt number still isn't showing, u can screenshot that page and watsapp them. Usually if the fund is transferred successfully the receipt number will show up

Yes but for this incident both in and out also affected so don't think it's all the other banks fault as the common factor here is singlife.

Once u show them that they'll track and patch back. Previously mine was patched within an hour.

With that as a prove, your $ should be safe. Do go have some rest. By the time you are well rested, $ should be in.

I also transfer large sums in and out so i understand your frustration when met with such bottle necks. But somehow I believe Singlife can be trusted. Just that they are very new in this. So we can't be too complacent and need to report if we see something out of sync

For those who track daily interest can actually see if the interest updated include yesterday's. Hopefully they do include. At times is only system hiccup. After update things may b in its right places

yep to be fair to them, my experience has been good so far.

been with singlife for 8 months and i've not experienced any issues, apart from 3 hours delay for my very first deposit, which is acceptable for me.

withdrawal amount has been reflected and in bank account now. See what they have to say this time for this incident, will withdraw the interest earned and close account next month.
