I had received email from singlife about if some investment advisor calls me I will get $15. I signed up for it.

It turns out it is not Singlife. They have outsourced it to a company called Finexis. I received a call from them and asked them to send me the brochure and will look at it via email.

So will I get the $15 now?

Had the same issue 3am withdrawal so called in. I know teething issues with singlife account since using them from their beta days but I'm more appalled by the conversation I had with CSO. We talked about money transferred in/out and not reflecting so i queried what happens if I don't monitor and Singlife didn't know also. I quote him that 'it will be floating somewhere'. So I said if nobody mentions, then it will just floats? He went quiet. Just a bit concerning.

As much as they try to replicate a 'Saving' plan/account where u can deposit and withdraw instantly anytime with up to 3 hours lag, consider an actual bank account would be more stable and accountable in that u know u will receive the amount in the other account when u submit the FAST request (I always have habit to check and haven't had issues with FAST). So use this account as something to keep for not so liquid purposes and always always take note of all in/outs that u placed into SL account.

Exactly, I noticed the problem since 12am, then i sent a few messages to support in WhatsAPP, then at 9:35am support asked me if I still need help on the matter, after that kept quiet until I poach further, by then I get through the hotline, they were overwhelmed by many callers and people asking for support. Things already happening during midnight, yet front-liners came to know about the problem only at 930am.

Given the monies that they hold and not providing 24/7 support and knowing their systems well is very risky. I have withdraw all my monies with them already, will tell my whole family to do the same as well. Better be safe than sorry.

If you're referring to the comment that CIMB is lesser than 1%, then @vbhelper is right. I just CIMB website and rate revision (0.50% for first $50K and others) takes place in Nov 2020.

Anyone tried to make a withdrawal late last night or today, I wonder if their system issues have been fixed? I have an upcoming bill payment to make a withdrawal for but I'm hesitant to do so if the problem still persists.. Don't want my money to be 'floating' around in space

I think is heng or sway one. On a single day, I can make 2 withdrawal 10 mins apart. The earlier one "missing" until I report, 2nd one came in within 10 mins
