Sometimes it may take awhile. My first transaction took a couple of hours.

suggest next time always do a $1 just to confirm they are not under maintenance. then transfer the rest.

their system not exactly the most stable.

Facing the same issue as well. Did a deposit into singlife account but yet to be reflected.

This is not my first transaction though.

Wow I thought I am the only one facing funds delayed into Singlife.

Mine too. Transferred around 5pm until now not reflected in the Singlife account.

WhatsApp Singlife, was told there is delay in fund transfer.

After 195 pages, people still don't get it that withdrawal/deposits are not instantaneous, because its not a bank account. :s22:

They are using the statement 'Just a swipe and your money will be transferred almost instantly' to attract people signing up (https://singlife.com/manage/no-lock-in/).

Not a banking account doesn't mean withdrawal/deposits cannot be instantaneous.

Hi may I know what bank are you using? Is it DBS? I also transferred money out from singlife but waited for 3 hours and still not reflected in my bank account.

Normally received quite fast within 1 hr. The fastest is 10mins. Withdraw a number of times without problem. Today after '3' hrs till now still not reflected in my bank account.

Been almost 4.5hrs since I withdrew money from Singlife and still yet to be credited into my dbs account!!
