Cannot top up ST Dash with the SingLife debit card, the error is not able to accept foreign cards.

Ok, since almost 2 weeks till today, I'm unable to receive OTP after porting my Singtel prepaid card to TPG Prepaid, then back to Singtel prepaid. It got up to the point that I'm finding it too much of a hassle to keep following on this issue and wanted to just terminate my account and move my money back to RHB for the 0.8% interest.
Just tried logging in again a moment ago and the otp miraculously appeared in my phone. Now, everything is good again.

No, I didn't see the thread. But, now after reading it, I'm facing the same issue. Waiting is the only solution. Not very efficient.

Just tried. OTP didn't come in. Will try again on Monday as their CS don't work on weekends.

recently the app requires me to keep sign in whenever i access the app
Me too. It seems that the my App security setting was reset after the recent updates. Go to App Setting and redo it.

isn't it great for the app to ask u to sign in again. that means singlife is trying to be safe too.

so how do u know it is a bug? every now and then some apps will require users to re-enter their password or re-valid their face-id or fingerprint. i definitely welcome it.

I’m just saying if it isn’t the intended behaviour, then it isn’t a feature but a bug.

i think after the app is updated or bug is removed , it is better!
As for the face login , try to re-set it again it should work!
Also on the day when Singlife is crediting interest/returns to you, it will "lagged"or hang there for a while

Under app settings can reactivate it.

After contacting the CS through whatsapp, now I am able to receive the OTP for logging in.
