The one thing I don't like about the app is it always ask me to key in my mobile number and otp each time I hibernate the app. Not close the app

Pdt is good at the moment, the app needs to improve

Also had this, until I set up fingerprint login. Now it doesn't ask for phone number anymore and can login quickly.

Thanks for the heads up! I was also logging in every time via hp otp input until u point out the tips. So glad now I don't have to do so unless I intentionally go log out of it

Btw this wee morning I withdraw my interest out. Not sure why there's an instant double withdrawal. Mayb right after midnight system isn't stable. So I waited until the $ is in and transfer it back into singlife

1. any issue if i start to deposit money into the account after opening the account like 1 to 2 months ago? I assume there will be no impact to the interest? I assume its interest will only start to be calculated the first day i FAST into this account?
2. when will the interest be credited? End of the calendar month?
3. how to fund into this account? Fast into the bank details under Singlife apps -> Fund your account -> Transfer Amount -> Bank Name + Account Number + Your Name

1. no issue. yes interest will only start to calculate on the first day you deposit.
2. interest will be given to you 1 month after you first deposit.
3. on the singlife app, fast into the dbs bank with my singlife acc and name.

I think you can zero out the acc, correct me if I'm wrong? currently I won't do so as Singlife 10K and Jumpstart 20K are the good interest rates acc out there without much criteria, unless the interest rates drop.

After zero out i saw a terminate button somewhere. Got to play around the app to find that button

May I know reason for closure? Did they not pay out claims? Or is it their fi icials This insurer is also new to the market

I have transferred in S$5. There is no withdraw button. Uninstalled and reinstalled still no withdrawal function. App got problem or i need to transfer at S$100 to activate the transfer function? Seems weird...

You need to transfer at least $500 to open the account. Subsequently need a minimum of $100 inside.

Don’t think that 20,000 number still stands, and I think it’s quite hard to reach 20,000 people in Singapore for most promos
