Hi reddevil0728, if i am not mistaken, maintaining $100 does not earn any interest right (1.0% + 0.5% - $500 debit spend)? Its purpose is to maintain the account, that is all. Right? Thanks!

Today is my first day with the minimum amount = $100. My interest earned is still $0, unfortunately.

Honestly the only reason to keep $100 in there is to prevent them from closing the account. The interest is so negligible on $100.

Aug last year I asked Singlife, they say no need $100. I withdraw everything and they didn’t close my account.

This is the reply “Hi, the account won't be closed even if you have less than $100. The balance amount that is less than $100 will just not get any interest”

You can ask as well to confirm if there’s any change in policy. After all, that was last year
