Transfer out may take up to 30 mins


Did u check with them why your $ is missing?

Almost immediately. Slower when doing withdrawal but still within 30 mins.

I tried topping up yesterday evening and it has not shown up till now. It did state that it will take some time to be verified? Is it possible these amounts are only verified by the team during office hours before showing up?

I topped up for the first time yesterday and always on a safe side, I was communicating with the CSO on the live chat while I performed the transfer...it was seamless for me. The amt showed up almost instantly on both my app and web portal. I also asked the CSO to reconfirm.

double confirm the account number is correct??

my first transfer $500 took about a few minutes...
second $500 quite almost instantly..

subsequent $$ transfer also almost immediately appear in the Singlife app after I log out from my POSB app..

suggest u contact them.....there is a function at the bottom right of their website

Nah...I have the account for 2 months plus now. Have been transferring but the lag usually occurs when I transfer after their customer service hours. The last time I did it at 7am and it showed up at about 930am when they started their service. This time I did it last night and till now nothing is shown. That’s why I think they verify it during working hours on weekdays for it to show on app.
So I Guess I will only see it on my app on a working day, which is next Tuesday around 930am?

I did a top up on Friday 7.50 am amount show up immediately. This wee morning 2.30am i did another top up for my family acc also show up immediately
