Singlife has totally zero support during the weekend. No live chat, phone line, email, contact form, etc. You can try contacting them via these channels but you will not receive any response. The email said they will reply within 24 hours but they did not, even on a working day and had to use their live chat to contact them instead.

Please remember your password. If you key in your password wrongly 3 times, your account will be locked. If you forgot your password, do not keep trying. Just use the "forgot password" link. You will have to contact them to unlock it. If you can get hold of them, they will need 48 working hours to unlock your account.

I use DBS bank to transfer funds in and out of SingLife. It is almost instantaneous. Since Singlife uses DBS account. It is very fast updates.

Use fingerprint login. No need to type password and OTP. You can change it in the App settings. You are welcome

I opened in july.

Interest accrued daily, credited monthly. So deposit $500 and above in July to get your interest credited in August. If open in July but deposit $500 and above in August then is September see interest credited in.

Yes, never try to enter passwords if you forget it.

Moreover, I can't receive OTP for a week. So I can't login and withdraw. The online service agent only repeat one sentence that they will response to me "soon". But I never receive any response from them.

my experience is so far so good... only realise recently that >$10k still got 1%, which is better than iSavvy/eSaver/FastSaver.

FAST transfers take a while (not immediate) but was shown within an hour on the receiving bank. I think someone said maximum wait should be 3 hours.

so I guess my strategy moving ahead is to use this as my everyday banking account, FAST here and there to other bank accounts... even if not immediate, I can rely on the other accounts for urgent funds if necessary.

No problems for me, live chat and email responds fairly quickly... maybe is your telco, some ppl having issue with receiving code
