Is your DBS statement showing "ITR" transaction code? ITR is for transfers between DBS bank accounts(including Singlife's DBS account).

And, this "15 days to update" is even slower than if cheques are used to fund accounts.

I did the transfer this morning and sure enough it is showing as OTHR. However Singlife account updated balance < 1 min

This not the first time Singlife acquires another insurer, back in 2018, this happened:

Their Singlife plan has done great marketing for them in fact it is very successful. In the past, many of us don't even know it exists. Now who don't know Singlife? Whenever u say Singlife, they'll say 2.5!

So Singlife if you are reading this, please Don't ever drop the rate ok?

how does how much others put matter leh?

If you can get a better yield than 2.5% u should not put money in here. if not

10k @ 2.5%
anything more up to 100k, 1% then put here.
