Same issue with me, just transferred and amount not reflected on singlife

Just wondering is singlife subject to any penalties by the regulator for such situations?

Are you guys facing the same withdrawal issue as me? My gut feelings tell me to withdraw everything yesterday something might be happening. Now my withdrawal have not arrive, it has been 10 hours and I forgo my sleep.

mine is a deposit, but i had the same problem last month. Just gotta talk to them and they will look into the issue and funds will be reflected after

On another note,today @ 7am.
I withdraw some amount from Singlife to DBS acc, Singlife amount deducted but till now money not in DBS acc.

Last few weeks, the deposit was reflected quite instantly.

Ooooo... SingaLife having problems? I transferred some money to Singlife last night and is not reflected until now ... message customer service but no response ... no wonder.. they might have a few thousand notifications

yes it’s ysually reflected instantly! I think the app is having some issues as well, keep logging me out

If really have problem its time to get it resolved fast and get out instead of having to deal with SDIC.
