That is a customer's perspective when signing up using a referral code and refusing due to a technicality. $5 is such a small percentage of the deposit they receive.

Because if the code you use is not eligible to begin with, why would you expect to get anything?

It is supposedly valid, trying to support a local blogger for introducing me to this. I'm not going to push their customer service on the specifics of the invalidity. Too much trouble for the $5.

Delete and reinstall the app. Things were back to normal for me after that in terms of logging in and out.

After 3.5 days the transfer still not reflected, GG. Think for those of you who want to transfer in or out, play safe try 50 cents to a dollar first.
