more than 12 hours still not resolved... I think the issue must be very jialet...

Hi have they given any official statements for singtel home broadband but non-singtel mobile data users? I don't think its fair that I tether my M1 mobile data the whole day and pay for that and my singtel home broadband too.

Maybe after the network goes down, all their customer modem keep trying to re-connect and cause DDOS on their gateway sever? Over load until cannot assign dynamic IP?

It's almost 12 midnight. If the land based connection still doesn't get fixed, does the waiver continue?

Is singtel going to waive data for all postpaid users or only those users with singtel broadband? I tried calling but their hotline play the default message.

And the thing is, singnet is register under my dad while my mobile phone is under me. Painful day at home using data if they are not going to waive for me too T.T

PM Lee call the CEO also cannot help.
All depends on extend of fault and problem solving skill level of people on the ground.

Pressing them also no point. But confirm kena fine big.But all these big local co. don't bother much about reputation.

Sengkang up. Make sure you turn off the ONT and router first. Then turn back on the ONT and wait for it to stabilize before turning on the router again.

im been using mobile hotspot, but speed drop from 3mpbs to 100kbps for the past 2 hours liao, called up singtel and waited 1 hour to speak to a human but they denied throttling my speeds

Even if there is heavy usage in my area how is it my dl speed consistently 100kbps only:s8:
