Received SMS stating that I've exceeded my mobile data. Both the fibre and mobile broadband are under my name. I hope the billing system is smart enough to auto waive the data used today, not wait until we call in to shout for the bill charged!
singtel fb have say that this is due to ip addresses assign issues, esp those using dynamic ip are affected and they are currently trying to assign a static ip addresses.
just wanna update that my fibre went down at 1810. only survived 10hours more than the rest
