Alibaba has a stake in Singpost and not the other way round. If Singpost does well, maybe Alibaba benefits. If Alibaba does well, Singpost does not benefit at all.

And people are confused...Hmm...

It did really hit $2 for a moment around 9:20am to 9:30am....then unable to break through it's upper limit of $2.

Btw, does increased volume of shipping due to festive seasons with online shopping affect so much of the share price? It's next earning announcement will be tomorrow at 30/10/2014 if i'm not wrong.

Yeah, definitely more online shopping nearing the year-end festive season.

Can't find the results announcement date on SGX leh.

I saw the date on bloomberg though....don't know how accurate is it. I tried searching their site and couldn't find anything except it's released quarterly.

The dates on Bloomberg aren't accurate. Need to check under Company Announcements on SGX.

Div announced and price drop. Good time to accumulate.

Usually when div announced, price should go up to price in div, drop after div given and gradually recover again.
