Thanks for providing the link for S$39.9 per month recontract offer.

For those who have not received the email/SMS offer, you can still try using the above link. SingTel may well accept the recontract. And anyway no harm trying.
Tried and got it. Thanks to the kind soul who provided the link

I recontracted 2 weeks ago and managed to get the $49.90/mth plus $10 monthly rebate deal. Yes, this is how SingTel termed or packaged it. Received free SingTel Mesh Router too self-collection at Orchard Central.

Was trying to recontract my SingTel TV too but the Sales only offers free 2mths for 24mths Contract so didn't take it. Interesting Xiaofan managed to get SingTel TV at 50% too. Maybe have to try enquiry at one of the shop.

For SingTel TV, my experience is always that you need to go to SingTel Shop and talk to the SingTel TV Counter staff directly, not through phone or WhatsApp or other counter staff in SingTel shop.

Take note I have SingTel Circle (SingTel Mobile Combo 2, SingTel TV and Singtel Fibre) since Sept 2013. I believe you do not need to have the SingTel Circle to enjoy 50% OFF of normal starter package (not Sports packages). You just need to have Singtel Fibre and SingTel TV.

I suspected so too maybe SingTel Shop have different Sales promo. Will try later when I pass by SingTel Shop.

SingTel Circles is only if you have Home Fibre + TV + Mobile Combo Plan bundles to eligible for the Annual Mobile Phone Upgrade (for Primary Nominated line only) + Multi Mobile lines discount tier. It has nothing to do with discount for home fibre or TV. Last 2 years they revised to the need to top-up $150 (or instead of $500 before reduced to $350) made them less attractive.

That is correct for SingTel Circle. I am going to convert my remaining SingTel Mobile Combo 2 line to SingTel SIM only next Jan when contract expires.

Yes, me too. Already converted one last year for 30GB (3GB plus free 27GB) data @ $20/mth. The Combo 2 Plan 2GB data is just not enough nowsaday and have to fallback to tether when outside.

lucky you.. when i recontracted at 39.90 months ago, they didn't give me any new free router
:(
anyway im holding on to my singtel ac elite router. i would say its an excellent AP (supports non-standard 1024qam over ac) so can get up to 700+mbps in wireless throughout, and has good 2.4ghz speed (80+mbps). anyways dont be too eager to use the singtel mesh as it sends quite disturbing telemetry back to singtels servers! (see my old posts)

AC Elite is surely a bit better than AC Plus as an AP.

I believe Singtel Mesh Router does not send the telemetry back to SingTel when running as an AP (eg: when connected to another router). I am using it as an AP myself.

Probably they noted I was still using old Aztech FG7003GRV(AC) Router issued 6yrs ago and I did not collect new one when I reontracted 2yrs ago. Anyway I have not changed to the new SingTel Mesh Router collected recently and not in any hurry to do so maybe until the old one is down.

I will take a look at your old posts about the telemetry but if you have the link on hand maybe pls post again. TIA.

Is the $39.90 recontract offer still available?
The web link provided earlier stated "Promotion ends 16 July."
Anyone managed to recontract recently at the stated price via the web link?

I submitted the recontract after 16 July and they just processed it without even bother to call me up unlike in the past. The plan is still $49.90 but with $10 monthly rebate.

Just submit online and guess they will call you if plan no longer valid.

Thanks, will try to do so next week when its nearer to my current fibre expiry date.

May I know how long does it take for the new contract to be in effect (from the time you submitted the online form) ?

I received the order confirmation about 2 days after my submission and new contract effected 3 days later.

I would suggest to try to submit the form and see what they reply to you.

Are you connecting directly to the ONR or through another router?
If using Asus router try enable/disable NAT acceleration, see if it makes a diff.

Have you tried restarting the ONR, or try switch off (disconnect) the set-top box temporarily to see if the upload is still slow.

Make sure your PC/Laptop not running any internet security (firewall) software, or some gaming LAN/ethernet optimizer software.

If still slow upload after checking the above, then need to contact 1688 liao.
By the way, didn't the Singtel tech have to run the speedtest before signing off on the work order?

Edit:
Also if you're testing on web browser, try running the Speedtest desktop app (Windows/MacOS).

Edit2:
Duh...noticed you're probably on wifi6 (AX) device? Try test on wired LAN if possible.
