I am not so sure if the following user manages to get so high S$240 voucher. Usually the voucher amount is much less at about S$120.

For the record this was the selection when i decided to go ahead with the recontract.
They are coming to do the installation this week, hope it will be a better experience this time round,

3) As you mentioned, no real world difference for most users between 3Gbps and 5Gbps, or even 10Gbps.

currently have 1gbps plan and contract just ended and monthly bill increased.

1) wanna check currently is there anymore 1gbps plans to recontract?

2) i check singtel page only have 3gbps and 5gbps plan currently, if i recontract to those plans will i need to swap any router etc or my exisiting router can use and fetch the 3 or 5gbps?

3) i currently using the ONT, if i change to 3 or 5gbps plans need to change to the ONR? if i dont want to change ONR and stay ONT still can get 3 or 5gbps?

2) What is your existing router?
3) No, your ONT cannot be used. They will change your GPON ONT to XGS-PON ONR.

Recommendation is to go with M1 or StarHub, if you want to get ONT.

1) Hmm, AC Plus is an old SingTel issued router and out of security update (until 30 November 2024). It is better to upgrade now.

For ONT users, once you use the old SingTel issued router, you lose all the benefits of using an ONT.

2) Singtel XGS-ONR + HB611-SGST is actually much better than ONT+AC Plus.
