Mine was connected to the wall plug. Nowhere near to the modem.

I see. Then that is a real analog line.

You can call Singtel or visit Singtel shop to de-bundle the analog home line from SingTel Fibre Internet, then you can apply for M1 or StarHub without worrying about the analog line.

But take note the charge for standalone analog home line service from SingTel is pretty expensive at about S$10 per month (S$29.98 per three months).

Looks like an analog home line then.

There is still a slight possibility that this line could be a digital voice line if the wall socket is connected to the ONT/ONR's RJ11 jack through the internal wiring. But this one should be easy to check -- just check if there is a telephone cable connected to the ONT/ONR's RJ11 Jack.

You should also check the SingTel account using MySingtel app to check the name of the service and the pricing info of this analog line.
