Don’t choose any products with Singapore branding. Singtel. Singapore airlines etc

they think they can charge a national premium. Then even if they deliver inferior quality of service people will lap it all up

so why would they bother having good quality of service?

Well, at least their billing seems solid. Billing always seems to be working regardless of how bad their outage is. Come hell or high water, you will get your bill on time. That's probably the part that they have the most redundancy backups for.
