Parliament should also come up with a bill/act for such refund purpose, to safeguard consumers and raise standards.

With such a lousy network/service, it is a miracle their stock price hasnt plunge. Goes to show investors dont invest logically.

we used to laugh at M1, Simba and Starhub for their lack of reliability.
