Can do so at SingTel Exclusive Partner shops or must be at SingTel Retail shops?

I think I remembered asking one shop in tpy, they don't seem interested and refer me to the main ones instead.

I just checked with 2 CSOs yesterday night. Both said it'll be waived for the re-contract. :)

corporate & corporate individual scheme (cis) are different plan type.

corp the line signed under the company and they are fully responsible for it. usually price plan is very cheap cheaper

cis under staff name, with discount tag to the company name depending on the number of staff sign up. discount usually not much, at least not for mine, only 10%. maybe MNC can command bigger discount bah..

conversion from public plan to CIS plan has a $80+ service charge. Anyone managed to get it waived?

Or convert to CIS during recontract of ur public plan, do it together, then the $80+ can be waived?
