Does anyone know if CIS rates will revert back to normal rates once 2 year contract is over?

mine did not revert back..
but not sure long term.. I terminated the CIS line on 26th month

anyone did CIS transfer of ownership before???? Existing CIS scheme, transfer of ownership to new user, then also subscribe to CIS scheme, but under another company...

Called 1688... ah neh provided this info:

Transfer of ownership - pay $30
After transfer, MUST recontract, and to go on CIS scheme, pay $50... this is if recontract immediately, if dun recontract immediately, then subsequent recontract and want to be on CIS, need pay $80.

to me, it is quite absurd. Hope people can share experience here.

Just called the CSO,the recontract fee is waived. No retention voucher but there is a waiver of 1 mth of sub fee..

BTW this is for cis

is it true that under the new CIS scheme, there is no longer 24 mths waived for caller id and roaming?

This is what i Got from singtel Live chat

Currently the new CIS scheme under our new combo plans has the voicemail as the free VAS, for caller id and autoroam, you may be able to get 50% discount once you avail.
Caller ID would be chargeable at $2.68/month ($5.35/month less 50%) and AutoRoam is at $5/month ($10 less 50%).
