Yes. But you have to go to their service centre. And they are only open Mon to Fri 11am to 7pm.
I'm based overseas, how to go service centre.. zzz, isn't esim just sent through a QR code?

Well.... they send to your registered email, or can show on their screen and you scan the QR code at the service centre. Not sure how they handle this type of overseas users. They do not send eSIM replacement request by email communication/verfication. Maybe you can write LOA (letter of authorisation) and get a family member to go to the service centre with their IC and your IC and try.

This is MVNO, don't expect MNO standard (Singtel can request new eSIM via their app, no physical visit required)

Silly to get eSIM

Telcos charge a fee for you to transfer eSIM from one phone to another

Physical SIM is the best, you can transfer the physical SIM card from one phone to another without paying Telco a fee

so singtel charges 10.90 if you change to another phone. starhub doesnt. guess after my contract is up, i will move to starhub. after 20 years with singtel. such a money grabbing move.
