Did they add a new tnc?
Port-in offer is not available for numbers under the Singtel network (Singtel, GOMO, Vivifi, Zero1, ZYM Mobile and CMLink)

Well I using zero 1
Those that ported the day before got the deal of 2 months free despite from SingTel network. Lucky!

Darn I was just about to port a line from Gomo over... So what's is the cheapest route now for Singtel network users to take advantage of Hi's offer?
faster port to eight then faster port again to ST before 10th may

lose $8 only, never mind, give it to them.

can I confirm if for singtel, did you try to switch different providers (celcom digi / maxis) and check the speed?

Or if someone else also did, can post here.. im still considering if i should downgrade from my $40 enhanced core plan to hi! plan or buy other plans.. since go overseas can purchase icard for better roaming

thanks for confirming.. :) looks like ZYM is a clear choice now (since they also have physical shop support)

Hmm usually i just self select provider for roaming, maxis definitely has the best connection. use 4G overseas for more stability, usually 5G for very advanced city areas.

I have a second line on MyRepublic 4G (M1) that only has connection to Digi, it was very bad in Genting :( but since it's a second line, i only got it because it's cheap and not my main line for data.

I signed up to Giga ($0.90+$1.00 eSIM cost) then ported to Hi 5G postpaid ($13/mth) while in Italy a few days ago. Total disaster... Giga worked great but Hi 5G postpaid cannot even register to any of the operators (Windtre, Vodafone, iTIM, etc). Tried reinstalling multiple times on 4 different android devices still can't even get a welcome sms. Spent 2 days troubleshooting with Hi CS; they even issued a new eSIM foc but still same problem. Don't know if it's my bad luck or Singtel having some problems with Italy partner telcos (some of the telcos even listed as "forbidden" in the manual carrier selections). Wondering if anyone having same issues before. Luckily I have Zym and Eight working great during this trip.

That quite interesting, SingTel Hi! and GOMO both from SingTel by right should be on par, weird that Hi was capped to 10Mbps.

was using gomo and hi, both roaming in taiwan (TW mobile) max speed is 10mbps, for both 4G and 5G. by the time my gomo reached worldwide data allowance (MITTA 10gb > Asia 10gb > WW 8gb, 5G Value plan) the speed became 1mbps and it was unusable for video streaming.

my eight (chunghwa) had 50-250mbps and managed to finish all data.

If Gomo is bad, do not expect SingTel hi! Postpaid plan to be any better.

SingTel hi! Postpaid plan will at most have the same priority as Gomo, if not at lower priority.
