Im in Sengkang & based on their website nothing in SK or Punggol, not even the bigger malls like Compass One & Waterway Point.

We are always expanding on the number of WiFi hotspots though it is a progressive effort that takes time.

For now, like what kero89 mentioned, there is Singtel WiFi connectivity currently at Sengkang and Punggol MRT stations. Most MacDonald restaurants have Singtel WiFi. The ones in the area would be:

(1) Sengkang Rivervalve
(2) Sengkang Sports Complex
(3) Punggol 21 CC
