I didn’t know about this. I’ve been trying to walk more and every time I hit 10000 steps I can’t sync as the app encounters an error. Tried restarting the phone and app don’t work

Only way to sync is if I have a few steps then the app works

I use the Fit2Fit Android app to sync my Fitbit data (used by AIA Vitality) to Google Fit so Singtel can pick it up, works like a charm

Are you using Android or iOS? I find same app is more reliable on ios than android

Might be your phone issue. I have no problem getting 10k steps everyday on multiple phones.

I usually redeem for 1GB data for the next month billing. You can also redeem for Shopee voucher, but need to be fast as that one always out of stock due to limited quantity for redemption.

Nope! I don't have this problem. Are you still having this issue? Maybe it could be due to a new IOS update, but once Apple Health has completed syncing and you have clocked some steps, the issue will go away on its own.
