Called this afternoon to request for a handset voucher for iFlexi Lite re-contract.

CSO rejected and said that they no longer give out handset upgrade vouchers since 1 Aug 2013

Did you request it recently, and are you also on iflexi lite plan?

Maybe it's because you're a high user? I don't think I have ever exceeded the included talktime/data before

Usually they will only give u voucher if u exceeded the monthly subscription fee.
Otherwise, they will not give unless you kpkb till no day no night... But no point wastebur time as thy will give u maybe $30 or free caller ID for few months
