SIT PCP 2021

Hi All,

I just applied for SIT radiography and PCP. Just wondering what are the chances of someone who does not have the relevant diploma to gain entry to radiography?

The SIT guide says

"Diplomas that are not listed may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Applicants will be assessed for admissions based on a holistic approach if they meet the following admission criteria:
1. Obtained a Science-related full-time local Polytechnic diploma and/or
2. Acquired relevant full-time work experience of one to two years."

So it seems like I either need a rel dip OR rel work experience? But for radiography how to get rel work exp if I don't have a educational cert, confirm they don't take. I'm quite scared now lol. Has anyone went through something similiar?

Do not worry, none of the PCP students I know of have any relevant qualifications. You have to demonstrate to the interviewers that you have the passion and drive for the course.

Hi.. Some of the PCP students I know have no relevant diploma at all but were able to secure an interview and also a spot in the end. Write a convincing personal statement and show that you have what it takes to pursue this line.

For my cohort, 10 of us PCP students compared to the initial cohort of 82 students in DR.

I applied for physio pcp too. No response from SIT yet after completing the interview on 26 mar. So anxious too lol.

Same same..i drop an email to them before and the reply was the result will likely be release by May. Means before May? Lol just a few days left.

Maybe they meant latest within May. Haha. By right is mid Apr to mid May based on what they mention in the interview. Let's update if any news.

Same here. SIT still processing.

The PCP website says that "Only candidates who have been successfully offered a place in the course by SIT will be invited to an enquiry session coordinated by MOH Holdings to address any questions. They will also be briefed on their obligations for the PCP."

Think can only trust that we are accepted to SIT. We should be able to clarify more during that session.

I have received my invitation for the MMI for SIT at end of March and now the email from MOHH yesterday.
