Thank you for starting this thread! :s12:

Most likely we'll go for city vue as the other 2 developments are in ready-to-move in state so we dont have much choice. What about yourself?

cityvue has a skygarden right?

for me the sooner the better since i have been balloting for a flat since 2011(or earlier), more like deprived now. haha

I agree. Location wise is the most ideal too.
earliest to get the keys would be end 2017.. 2 years from now

so maybe might give it a pass unless cityvue's more aesthetically beautiful than the rest.

what u guys think?

cityvue's location is the best imo if you want to feel that citylife.. i've been in this town since 15 years ago.. that spot is close to so many old school hawkers, midnight teochew porridge and many more.

things to take note is the mrt that comes out from the tunnel, the echos will affect your infants/toddlers/audiophile twin

Your queue number not within range? Why giving it a pass for Cityvue

in the end its up to own needs ba.

for me is cityvue cus i dun wan to move so fast but dun wan to wait too long either (2yrs is great for me). and i find cityvue location better for non-drivers cus nearer to redhill/tiong bahru mrts and bus stops too.

i believe parcview would be ready much earlier if you're lookin to move asap. i believe parcview has better views cus got the views from the parks and even abit of seaview.

unit selection wise both are pretty similar in that alot of units chosen alrdy

SBR Bukit Merah

I got a number 18x/338 and deciding between city vue or telok blangah parc view which is walking distance from my office. Torn between this 2 great location. Anyone got a not bad queue number too?

I got 12x/338. Seems like most of the people are aiming CityVue. Went site visit to Telok Blangah the last weekend to see the surrounding and walking distance to the Telok Blangah MRT.

other thread got some guy who has single digit que number sia

For Bukit Merah also? How many room? maybe he use priority schemes likes Third Child so get more priority?

Oh seems like parcview is a good choice too, but yes we decided on 5-rm bukit merah so city vue is our only choice, and is 10 mins walking distance away from in-law :)

if you received your selections package/date, feel free to share it here... im PATIENTLY waiting for the letter hahaha
