Haha, cityvue is my first choice! If there's still any decent units left for me by then! Best case scenario, above level 10 can alr. Not too fussy since I know I wont have a lot of units to choose from.

just checked. if you wana take 93sqm in CityVue, highest level left is 7. If u don't mind to take 83sqm, they stil have some very high floors

Should be smaller living room and mbr which is small even at 90sqm(Exclude service yard)..

83 would become 80sqm after deducting service yard..Looking at about 3x3m of space gone..

Thank you! we'll see how. Not too picky given that my number is not very good alr. Just hope that there's some decent units (83sqm or 93sqm) left for us!

I think u can explore other development in bm. Henderson vue only left 18 chinese quota and 400+ queue no is over a hundred numbers away.. :D

But most of the units at other development have already been taken up...left with 1 or 2 like that. So hard to get it :( Any idea what's the queue number like now?

but parcview is lacklustre compared to city vue in terms of location and it's not exactly near to the mrt either hence the higher number of unselected flats/drop outs i think. :(

Weird cos i roughly rem Parcview during launch was being selected like hotcakes..

Edit: Correct..4rm chinese ethic quota all fully gone back then..Even 3rm was completely snap up?.. :s22:
