but parcview is lacklustre compared to city vue in terms of location and it's not exactly near to the mrt either hence the higher number of unselected flats/drop outs i think.

To each his own but I'm one of those who prefers Parc View to City Vue as the environment is nicer not to say quieter, even though it's slightly further from the train station.

I walked faster than usual as I needed to use the toilet.. about 5 to 7 min

Walking back to my car about 10min

I thought city vue being 10mins walk away from tiong bahru station (middle of the green line) is unbeatable. that said, the daily up-slope trekking from labrador park to parcview and fresh air will reap some health benefits haha. good luck to all!
