If you choose to forfeit your booking, you would be barred from one year from any bto, sobf, dbss or ec application..

You would be dock 1 out of 2 chances for you to reject a selection..You can call them or just simply no show...

Take note if you ballot again and reject another selection, you would be dump into the 2nd timer bracket for 1 year from last no show..

This is not facing the road ya? Then 4th level is ok. If facing the road then no. Actually the traffic on this stretch of road is not that heavy. I saw 90 don't know which alphabet when I was driving home last night. It's a bit far to the mrt but walk-able. The location is really good. There's buses to nearly everywhere (bus stop at the mrt).

Depends on your priority is to have roof over head, or to have nice view (anyway the stretch until labrador Park will change to residential developments so I doubt the views will be there for long term). It is still a good location with buses and circle line (which will connects to cbd once the circle is complete)

The opportunity cost is if there will be other better developments in Nov BTO. And of course, if you can get a better ballot number the next time round.

Good luck!

Wha . Saw the sky line . The view is awesome . Actually, maybe cause i not used to staying there . But base on my site survery . Its a good location if driving but bad if not .

Circle line completion around 2025 . Heard the dont know what keppel country club will be redevelop to park .

So its like 10 years down the road, in front of us is block 80 plus . So even if get facing outwards, view is theorectically block. Low levels like mine even getting outwards view also is also road side views . Current rental for block 80+ is around 2 k .

Other then all the information stated above . I still dont know why i brought the unit at such high price . LOL

But the only pros i can think of is that the capital appreciation will be higher once the few development is completed but still subjected to loan quantum and interest rate .

Think BTO bukit merah hard to get already . Cause theres not much development here . Looking at around minimum 3 - 5 years for the next bto with current location like city vue. So even if i give up the unit at parc view. Nov SOBF also doesnt have anything left unless 1 to 5 units chinese ethnic give up for whatever reason . So then even getting a nice double digit que no. Also no use at all. Jia lat ah bro . Singaporean all so rich . How i get the house i want sia ...

Just go for it, flats around that area is already selling for around 650K onwards, treat it as investment? Prices will definitely go up. Bukit Merah really very hard to come by. Just wondering how much did you pay for yours?

Telok Blangah Drive/Heights/Road location is good. Next to 山 and 海. Good fengshui. Public transport is good also. Location is pretty centralised. I actually never really have the need to take the mrt, just take bus. Only took the circle line to Serangoon a few times.
