best way would be to get a kid. you can apply for parenthood priority even during pregnancy. considering the relatively small number of people applying under this scheme, your chances would be much higher.

Singpass always will have scheduled maintenance and it's always on a weekend in the middle of the night so not to disrupt businesses who requires login to certain stat board using singpass.

but its most likely they will release on an early day of the week ( mon / tue )? as they will anticipate many phone calls? so probably won't be today release results too..

It does usually cos HDB will recycle the same link for sbf results while for bto, they will alternate between bto and bto1
