Shame though, I drive by it on occasion because I live just in Jurong...the exterior isnt as nice as other BB projects that have been coming up. Looks quite generic. The blocks seems quite packed togther as well...

No, they do not provide, but from what I learned in this forum, you can appeal to have the screeding done by HDB.

Jurong Region Line

Does anyone share the same thought that Jurong Region line should begin at Keat Hong (space near Keat Hong Colours) instead of at CCK mrt? That is also mid point between CCK mrt and Gombak mrt).
Having the station near the intersection of Brickland and Bukit Batok road will also better support the residents at bukit batok, keat hong and bukit panjang?

You talking about BTO?

For example project has 500 units. You are #660. Just nice 161 couples drop out, so 499 units accounted for and taken up. The last unit is left open for you to "choose" but you didn't choose it cos it is 2nd floor next to rubbish chute etc etc?

If so then yup, considered as used up 1 "first timer" priority. This kind of story HDB see so many times until numb liao so they also can't do much.

Someone has to occupy that unpopular unit and fund back that development cost etc etc.

Meaning SoBF got many projects, but all taken liao except 1 unpopular project in that same estate as the one you applied, your turn to choose and there is an available unit? Should be the same answer
